Daisy & Delilah - RIP

It is with deep sadness that we at Suffolk Ferrets have to announce that Daisy (above) and Delilah our last two ferrets had to be put to sleep on 06/08/2013. Delilah was eight years old and had cancer and Daisy was seven years old and had an enlarged liver with further complications, we could not see them suffer - both will be missed.

Joe 2005 - 2012 RIP
28th May 2012
- We are sad to report that Joe our vasectomised hob had to be put to sleep today. He was 7 years old and was a lovely old boy, although if you were not careful could give you a crafty nip. After a short illnes he went downhill fast and we choose to do this before he suffered too much. This leaves us with just Del & Daisy.

Chico Found Alive & Well !!!

Good news! Chico back home this afternoon. Someone saw the article on him in yesterday's Evening Star and contacted a chap who knew of his whereabouts. He had quite a journey, found in Foxhall on Friday, curled in some hay next to a donkey, was then passed on to someone who breeds ferrets in Shotley where I picked him up from. Took a bit of detective work to find him but apart from needing a course of antibiotics for some bad scratches he's fine. Thank you so much for posting the missing notice. I am incredibly relieved and happy to get my furbie home and so are the other ferrets who've missed him.

Kind regards
Barbara
